Today,we had traveled around Noto island from early morning^ ^
Maybe you know,‘Noto’s Satoyama and Satoumi’ was designated as GIAHS (Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems) by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the first from Japan.

Today’s Journey started from Hakui city(l live)to Wazima city,and then we watched “Shiroyone Senmaida”(this meaning is thousand of Paddy fields),after that we moved to Northernmost of Noto island”Suzu promontory”.And,we returned to Hakui from east city Anamizu,went through Noto town and Nanao city.
We left home at 7:30am,and went back home at 4:00pm.So,if you travel there,you can make a tour around Noto only 1day.I guess.

Shiroyone Senmaida made by rice paddies of thousand on steep slopes along the seaside.
To be exact,I heard rice paddies number is 2,146.
I heard the rumor that…That was splendid,and artistic..
Night time,Senmaida light up.

There are many superb view points as huge
ocean view at Oku-Noto area.
And,we could watch beautiful orchards and farms right before these ocean views.
I got a nostalgic and shining feeling there.
