There are some red strawberries(out of season) in my garden,now.
Recently,I pick up them.And Today also,I did strawberry drops and ate it with my mother( ^ ^ )sweet-and-sour,yummy♡
Hokuriku area in Japan,strawberry harvest season is from beginning of May about for a month.Exception,strawberries of hothouse cultivation’s harvest is from middle April about for 2 months.
strawberry is the family Rosaceae,and rose flower blooming is the beginning of May,also.(I’ve been planting some roses over for 10 years.)
There are kind of roses as remontant or in two seasons or one.My roses in my garden always bloom in two seasons.
Strawberry blooms same timing,I noticed.But few strawberry plants only.
Strawberry flower doesn’t looks like rose’s one.But,somehow strawberry is part of rose.I felt.
