【日本語】 初めまして。石川県羽咋市(能登半島)にて自然栽培を営んでおりますのと風(かぜ)ふぁ〜むの水野早乙美と申します。 ここ能登半島は【世界農業遺産】にも登録されている豊かで持続可能な農業システムが現存する場所です。 私が主に栽培している作物は自然栽培(無農薬・無化学肥料)のいちごです。 2018年春からこの自然栽培のいちごを摘む観光農園もオープンしており、これから新鮮ないちごで作る加工品開発にも力を入れていく予定です。 当ブログでは、いちごガーデン(観光農園)の模様や自然栽培について、そして自然と調和した能登での暮らしなど発信していきます。 【English】 I'm Natural-farming(Shizensaibai) farmer Satomi Mizuno at "Noto" island in Japan. "Noto's satoyama and satoumi" was designated as GIAHS (Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems) by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the first from Japan in 2011. My main farm product are strawberries.And,Organic(correctly,"Natural-farming") strawberry picking is running from Spring 2018. You can enjoy it,If come to Noto! I introduce my strawberry garden and Shizensaibai method with pictures on this Blog.

Welcome to Notokaze-farm( ^ ^ )It’s Natural-farming farmer Berry Mizuno.

 

 

 

I could get many relationships until now from moving here.

 

Especially,could get some natural-farming farmers and eco-farming farmer’s.

They always give their crops for me.(Thank you so much for everyone!)

[Yuu-Farm] Mr.Taku Uraka’s eco-farming Melon

Mr.Uraka and my relationship started this early spring.When he shipped his crops for Roadside station”Noto-chirihama”,I sold my crops food there’s entrance.  We met.

He has been cultivating wide variety of crops for a year.

He doesn’t use agricultural chemicals utmost,use microorganism in soil for planting crops.

He gave his sweet melons to me last spring and only a few days ago.

 

You can get Mr.Uraka’s crops at Roadside station”Njoto-Chirihama”.

He will ship colorful cauliflowers and big one,soon♪

 

 

Mr.Toyoji Ami’s herbs

Mr.Ami and I was classmate of Noto-Satoyama Farm school at Hakui city.

He enjoys his life by natural-farming,drawing pictures,DIY and mountaineering.

I wote article(about Big black garlic) at this blog.That was given from Mr.Ami!

He is harvesting roquettes, spinach, and some herbs,recentry.And He gives them for his friends and his family.

*Above picture is his  roquettes and Miss.Tatsumi’s broccoli(next chapter’s person).

 

 

Miss.Mieko Tatsumi’s beautiful rice

 

We met first time at “MOA Green marrket Hakui branch” only a few days ago.
Miss.Tatsumi is part of member MOA international manufacturer.(MOA=Mokichi Okada Association)*Mokichi Okada is primer of Natural-farming.
I am part of member Natural-farming of Hakui method,and MOA international manufacturer,also.

Miss Tatsumi gave her crops and rice for me.

Vegetables so delicious.And, rice superb!!!

I had never eaten such a superb rice!!!!!

My brain has never forgotten her’s rice taste…

Miss. Tatsumi’s rice doesn’t sell official.
