Last week,My “additive-free Kimchi” which I made from seeds that made its debut at a Event in Kanazawa.
And,a reporter of Hokkoku-newspaper Mr.Yamada coverd a story about my Kimchi and published an article on 28th newspaper.

I cooked only ten packs kimchi for a event,but ten packs were sold out only thirty minutes.
I guessed right,needs of “natural-farming” “additive-free” “safety and security” are increasing in Japan also.
These additive-free Kimchi were cooked except animal food products.Because I’m a vegetarian.
I cooked from Kimchi’s seed.Handmade from seeds!(chinese cabbage also)
So,I’m struggling cooking “Kimchi’s richness”,but I want to try my best with my custmors who eats my Kimchi, from now on.
